God Save the Queen

I was born in September of 1987 at RAF Lakenheath, Suffolk, England. I lived there until my 3rd birthday. Unfortunately I was too young to pick up an English accent, my mom says. We lived on Tithe Avenue, in a little village called Beck Row, which was right alongside of RAF Mildenhall. The actual town of Mildenhall was about 5 minutes away. Our house bordered the runway of the Base, so we got to watch the planes from our own windows. It was noisy at times, believe me!

Some day I would like to go back and visit the area that I lived in. Meanwhile, I will share with you some of my British heritage (I am, in fact, more than 1/4 British by blood)!

The text links take you to either an official website of the attraction, or another site I've found about it. Some of the dragons and unicorns are clickable links that will take you to page of mine with pictures of the area or site!
